What happens in the first session?
The first session is an opportunity to talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you may hope to gain from the process. It is also a chance for us to see if we feel like a good fit to work together. There is no pressure to share everything immediately, and sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.


Are online sessions available?
Yes. I offer both in-person sessions in Cork city centre and online sessions nationwide. In-person appointments are currently available on selected weekday evenings, while online sessions offer more flexible daytime and evening availability.


How often do sessions take place?
Sessions usually take place on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on your needs and availability.


How long are sessions?
Sessions are 60 minutes in length.


Do you offer couples counselling?
Yes. I offer couples counselling for partners looking to improve communication, navigate challenges, or strengthen their relationship in a supportive and non-judgemental space.
