Couples counselling offers a supportive space for partners to better understand one another, improve communication, and work through the challenges that can arise within a relationship.


Whether a couple feels stuck in repeated arguments, disconnected, navigating change, or simply wanting to strengthen their relationship, therapy can provide an opportunity to slow things down and explore difficulties together in a constructive way.


My approach is calm, collaborative, and non-judgemental, with a focus on helping both partners feel heard, understood, and supported. The focus is not on blame, but on helping both partners feel heard and understood.
